摘 要:试验旨在研究应急饲料对甘肃高山细毛羊泌乳母羊体重、血液生化指标以及瘤胃内环境的影响。选取健康、年龄相近、平均体重为(39.8±0.83)kg的甘肃高山细毛羊泌乳母羊18只,随机分成3组,每组6只,试验组A、B分别饲喂应急饲料1(EW)、应急饲料2(EC),对照组C正常放牧,试验期15 d,试验初、末测量体重,于试验末采集血样和瘤胃液。结果表明:相比对照组,①甘肃高山细毛羊泌乳母羊饲喂EW和WC的日增重、瘤胃微生物(白色瘤胃球菌、黄色瘤胃球菌、产琥珀酸丝状杆菌、真菌和原虫)相对表达量、血清中谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶含量显著提高(P<0.05);②EW和WC对甘肃高山细毛羊泌乳母羊瘤胃液总氮、蛋白氮、氨态氮、尿素氮含量和瘤胃液pH值、挥发性脂肪酸以及血清中总蛋白、蛋白氮、尿素氮、总胆固醇、乳酸脱氢酶、血糖含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明EW和EC能够促进甘肃高山细毛羊泌乳母羊的生长性能,但对血液生化指标和瘤胃内环境无显著影响,适宜在冬季放牧甘肃高山细毛羊的地区作为应急推广。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of feedinge mergency feed on growth performance,blood biochemical parameters and rumen environment of lactating ewes in Gansu Alpine Merino lactating ewe.Eighteen lactating ewes from Gansu Alpine Merino lactating ewe with healthy age,similar age and average body weight of(39.8±0.83)kg were selected and randomly divid⁃ed into three groups.The experimental groups A and B were fed with emergency feed 1(EW),emer⁃gency feed 2(EC),control group C was grazing normally,the test period was 15 days,the body weight was measured at the beginning and end of the test,and blood samples and rumen fluid were collected at the end of the test.The results showed that:compared with the control group,①Gansu Al⁃pine Merino lactating ewe fed EW and WC daily⁃weight gain,rumen microorganisms(white rumen cocci,yellow rumen cocci,filamentous succino⁃genes,fungi and protozoa)relative expression lev⁃el,serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase increased significantly(P<0.05);②EW and WC rumen liquid total nitrogen,pro⁃tein nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,urea nitrogen content and tumor in Gansu Alpine Merino lactating ewe had significant effect on gastric juice pH,vol⁃atile fatty acid sand serum total protein,protein nitrogen,urea nitrogen,total cholesterol,lactate dehy⁃drogenase and blood glucose(P>0.05).Studies have shown that EW and EC can promote the growth performance of Gansu Alpine Merino lactating ewe,but have no significant effect on blood biochemical indicators and rumen environment.It is suitable for emergency promotion in areas where Gansu Alpine Merino lactating ewe are grazing in winter.
