摘 要:电磁式DC 24 V中间继电器能够控制回路的通断、扩展状态信号以及实现电子元器件与传统接线回路之间的连接,应用范围广泛。电磁式DC 24 V中间继电器通过线圈中电流驱动机械结构完成动作,故其动作可靠性直接影响自动化系统的工作稳定性。电磁式DC 24 V中间继电器的动作性能与其线圈电阻、电流及机械结构有密切关系,因此将重点研究电磁式DC 24 V中间继电器动作性能以及与其电气及机械参数之间的关系。The electromagnetic DC 24 V intermediate relay can control the on-off and extended state signal of the circuit and realize the connection between electronic components and traditional wiring circuit,which has a wide range of applications. The electromagnetic DC 24 V intermediate relay drives the mechanical structure through the current in the coil to complete the action,so its action reliability directly affects the work stability of the automation system. The action performance of the electromagnetic DC 24 V intermediate relay is closely related to its coil resistance,current and mechanical structure. Therefore,the study will focus on the action performance of the electromagnetic DC 24 V intermediate relay and the relationship between its electrical and mechanical parameters.
