摘　　要：从现有基站干节点监控系统存在的缺陷出发,基于中兴公司SDH传输设备的外部告警接口,设计开发通信基站防盗和动力监控设备。该监控设备以中兴SDH传输网管系统的告警监控模块为监控平台,构成基站防盗和动力监控系统,具有门禁、红外、空调被盗、停电以及电池欠压告警等功能,同时介绍了该监控系统的应用情况和效益评估情况。Based on the defects of the existing base station trunk node monitoring system and the external alarm interface of ZTE SDH transmission equipment,the communication base station anti-theft and power monitoring equipment is designed and developed. The monitoring equipment takes the alarm monitoring module of ZTE SDH transmission network management system as the monitoring platform,and constitutes the base station anti-theft and power monitoring system,which has the functions of access control,infrared,stolen air conditioner,power failure and battery under voltage alarm. At the same time,the application and benefit evaluation of the monitoring system are introduced.
