摘 要:海泡石是一种天然的纤维状含水镁硅酸盐黏土矿物,具有孔道结构和优良的吸附性能。以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SiO2/海泡石复合材料,通过XRD、FTIR、TG和SEM/EDS等测试手段对复合材料的结构和形貌进行表征。结果表明,利用溶胶-凝胶法可以成功将SiO2固载于酸改性海泡石上,且不会改变海泡石的结构。酸改性海泡石和SiO2/海泡石对天然橡胶均有补强作用,相比天然橡胶,SiO2/海泡石加入可以将橡胶拉伸强度提高50.19%,表明SiO2和海泡石纤维具有良好的协同增效效果。Sepiolite is a natural fibrous water-containing magnesium silicate clay minerals with channel structure and excellent adsorbability.The SiO2/sepiolite composite materials were prepared by sol-gel method using ethylsilicate as silicon source.The structure and morphology of the composites were characterized by XRD,FTIR,TG and SEM/EDS.The results showed that SiO2 could be successfully immobilized on acid modified sepiolite by sol-gel method and could not change the structure of sepiolite.Acid modified sepiolite and SiO2/sepiolite composites both have reinforcing effects on natural rubber.Compared with natural rubber,the addition of SiO2/sepiolite composites can increase the tensile strength of rubber by 50.19%,which indicated that SiO2 and sepiolite fibers have good synergistic effects.
