摘 要:利用比表面积测试仪、激光粒度仪,系统研究了铁尾矿的粉磨特性,并利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、热分析等手段分析粉磨后的铁尾矿。结果表明:铁尾矿易磨性较好;粉磨100 min时,比表面积可达590 m^2/kg。随着球磨时间增加,粉体颗粒畸变程度加大,表面不稳定性增加,活性颗粒增多,但是粉磨时间过长会因团聚问题造成活性降低。The grindability of iron ore tailings was studied by using specific surface area tester and laser particle size meter.The microstructure of iron tailings was analyzed by XRD,IR and TG-DSC.The results show that iron ore tailings have a better grindability.The specific surface area were 590 m^2/kg by milling for 100 min.With the increase of grinding time,the distortion degree of iron ore tailings powder,the surface instability and the volcanic ash activity are all increases.But,because of the reunion phenomenon,too long grinding time will decrease the pozzolanic property.
