摘　　要：工会工作是党治国理政的一项经常性、基础性工作。为更好地研究新世纪以来我国工会领域的学术研究现状与研究热点,应用CiteSpace软件,对2000-2019年间中国知网有关工会文献年度刊载量、发文作者、期刊与发文机构分布、研究热点的科学知识图谱与热点时序变化等进行了文献计量学分析,从定性与定量的角度揭示了新世纪以来我国工会领域研究的发展与现状,系统绘制了新世纪以来我国工会理论和实践研究文献的知识图谱。Trade union’s work is regular and basic work of the Party in administering the country. In order to better study the academic research status and research hot spots in the field of trade unions in China in the new century,a bibliometrics analysis was carried out on the annual publication, author, distribution of periodicals and organizations, mapping knowledge domains of research hot spots and time series changes of related trade unions in China between 2000 and 2019 based on CiceSpace software. This paper reviews the development and current situation of trade union research in China in the new century from both quantitative and qualitative aspects, and systematically draws the mapping knowledge domains of the theoretical and practical research literature of trade unions in China in the new century.
