摘　　要：The incidence of CIED(Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices)infections is 0.13%–8.0%.[1,2]Fungal organisms account for up to 10%and Aspergillus infections are extremely rare.Here,we present a case of CIED-related Aspergillus infection in an immunocompetent patient.
