五四运动中的北大学生干事会和北京学联史实考

摘　　要：在1919年9月学联改组前,北京大学学生干事会一直兼任北京学联的执行机构。北大学生段锡朋、易克嶷、张国焘、方豪先后担任北京学联“主席”。北京大学学生干事会在北京学联的发起和组织中始终起着十分重要的作用。北京学联的组成及议事规则秉持民主原则,在五四运动中联合北京各校学生一致行动,组织各校学生开展罢课、游行、上街演讲,同时派遣多批代表到全国各地串联,进而在上海发起成立了全国学生联合会。五四爱国运动由学生自发的五四游行事件开始,但始终是有组织的学生运动,学生组织的有力领导是五四运动取得胜利的一个重要原因。The Beijing Students’Federation was founded in Peking University.Before the reorganization of the Federation in September 1919,the Peking University Student Executive Committee served as the executive body of the Federation.Duan Xipeng(段锡朋),Yi Keyi(易克嶷),Zhang Guotao(张国焘)and Fang Hao(方豪),who were all students of Peking University,have successively served as“chairmen”of the Beijing Students’Federation.The composition and rules of procedure of the Beijing Students’Federation uphold the principle of democracy.During the May 4th Movement,students from all schools in Beijing took concerted action to organize strikes,parades and street speeches.The May 4th Movement began with the students’spontaneous May 4th March,but it has always been an organized student movement.The strong leadership of student organizations is an important reason for the victory of the May 4th movement.
