摘 要:软故障恢复设计对提高星载控制计算机系统可靠性非常重要,尤其在通信、遥感等长期空间任务中。星载控制计算机处理器模块(PM)采用了软故障恢复设计,而输入输出模块(IOP)未采用。提出了一种基于软件调试支持单元的IOP故障检测和恢复方法,该方法利用IOP的软件可定义特性,通过PM对IOP进行调试,实现其内存恢复和程序存储器刷新等,从而完成IOP的故障恢复。该设计已应用到通信、遥感等长期任务的星载控制计算机中。地面试验和分析结果表明,该恢复设计可覆盖绝大部分软故障及部分硬故障,具有较高的可靠性,可以应用于星载控制计算机的在轨故障修复。Soft fault recovery design is very important to improve the reliability of onboard control computers,especially in long-term space missions such as communications and remote sensing.The onboard control computer generally uses soft fault recovery designs for the processor module(PM),but not for the input-output processor(IOP)module.An IOP fault detection and recovery method based on debug support unit is proposed,which utilizes the software definable features of IOP,debugs the IOP through PM,realizes its memory recovery and program memory refresh,etc.,so as to complete the IOP fault recovery.This design has been applied to onboard control computers for long-term tasks such as communications and remote sensing.The ground test and analysis results show that the new design can cover most of the soft faults and some hard faults,and has high reliability,which can be applied to the on-orbit fault repair of the onboard control computer.
