中国生产性服务业集聚对产业结构升级的影响及其区域差异

摘　　要：经济新常态下,发展生产性服务业已成为促进产业结构升级的重要举措。在系统分析生产性服务业集聚对产业结构升级影响的理论机制及空间溢出效应基础上,运用空间杜宾模型(SDM)分析中国2003-2016年31个省、自治区、直辖市(不含港澳台)生产性服务业空间集聚对产业结构升级的影响。研究发现,从全国层面看,生产性服务业集聚不仅可以促进本地区产业结构升级,而且可以促进邻近地区产业结构升级;分地区来看,生产性服务业集聚对产业结构升级的促进作用存在明显的地区差异:从总效应看,东部地区较小,中、西部地区较大;从直接效应看,中部地区较大,东、西部地区较小;从间接效应看,西部地区较大,东、中部地区较小。Under the new economic normal, the development of producer services has been the key measure to promote the upgrading of China’s industrial structure. Based on the systematic analysis of the theoretical mechanism and spatial spillover effects of the agglomeration of producer services on industrial structure upgrading, this paper analyzes the impact of the spatial agglomeration of 31 provinces’ producer services in China from 2003 to 2016 by using the spatial Dubin model(SDM) on the upgrading of industrial structure. The result shows that at the national level, the accumulation of producer services can not only promote the upgrading of industrial structure in this region, but also promote the upgrading of industrial structure in neighboring regions. Further, through sub-regional research, it is found that spatial spillover effects of the agglomeration of producer services on industrial structure upgrading has obvious regional differences. From the total effect, the eastern region is smaller, and the central and western regions are larger. From the direct effect, the central region is larger, eastern and western regions are smaller;from the indirect effect, the western region is larger, and the eastern and central regions are smaller.
