宁波地区女性月经初潮年龄与成年体脂的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解月经初潮年龄对宁波地区女性成年后体脂分布的影响。方法2016年11月至2017年7月,采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,选取年龄≥18岁且在该地区居住≥6个月女性居民作为调查对象,通过问卷调查收集调查对象的人口学特征、生活行为方式等信息。测量身高、体重、腰围(WC)、血压,并计算体脂率(BFP)及内脏脂肪指数(VAI)。采用logistic回归分析模型进行相关因素分析。结果共纳入调查对象5106人,调查对象平均年龄为(51.6±16.5)岁,月经初潮平均年龄为(15.1±1.8)岁。VAI平均为6.0±2.9,其中VAI偏高800人(占15.7%)。BFP平均为(31.1±6.9)%,其中BFP偏高1491人(占29.3%)。调整居住地、文化程度、婚姻状况、吸烟、饮酒、绝经情况、体力活动和睡眠时间等因素的影响,月经初潮年龄与BFP偏高的风险呈正相关[OR(95%CI)=1.05(1.02~1.08)],与VAI偏高的风险也呈正相关[OR(95%CI)=1.04(1.02~1.08)]。结论月经初潮晚的女性成年后身体脂肪容易蓄积,应该加强锻炼、控制饮食,避免肥胖造成的心血管代谢疾病发生。Objective To analyze the association between menarche age and body fat distribution in adulthood of women.Methods Using the multistage stratified random sampling method,subjects aging 18 years old or above,living in Ningbo city≥6 months were randomly selected in this survey from November 2016 to July 2017.The information of demography and life style was collected through questionnaire survey,the height,weight,waist circumference(WC),blood pressure were measured,and body fat percentage(BFP),visceral fat index(VAI)were calculated.Risk factors of BFP and VAI were analyzed by the unconditioned logistic regression analysis.Results Total 5106 subjects were enrolled for analysis.The average age and age at menarche of subjects was(51.6±16.5)and(15.1±1.8)years old.The mean value of VAI was 6.0±2.9,and 15.7%(800/5106)of all subjects had a high VAI.The mean value of BFP was(31.1±6.9)%,and 29.3%of all subjects(1491/5106)had a high BFP.When other influencing factors including residence,education,marital status,smoking,drinking,menopause,physical activity and sleep duration were controlled,age at menarche was positively associated with high BFP(OR=1.05,95%CI:0.02~1.08)and VAI(OR=1.04,95%CI:1.02~1.08).Conclusion Women with late menarche tend to accumulate body fat in their adulthood.
