摘 要:利用RADP技术分析了18个毛花猕猴桃种质资源的遗传多样性,从38条引物中筛选出13条引物,共扩增出213条带,多态性条带为186条,多态性比例为87.3%;18个毛花猕猴桃种质资源间的相似性系数介于0.545~0.873之间;通过筛选发现编号为S1171的引物能对LD-18基因组扩增出638 bp的特异性条带,进一步通过切胶回收、测序、设计引物,最终获得了LD-18的SCAR标记。The genetic diversity was assessed among 18 Actinidia eriantha Benth accessions by RAPD marker,13 effective primers were screened out of the 38 RAPD primers.Those 13 primers finally amplified 213 bands of which 186 bands were polymorphic,and the ratio of polymorphic bands was 87.3%.The GS coefficients among these 18 Actinidia eriantha Benth accessions ranged from 0.545 to 0.873.The primer“S1171”was screened which could amplified specific 638bp band on genome“LD-18”.Finally,the SCAR marker of“LD-18”was obtained by gel recovery,sequencing and primer design.
