聚焦解决干预模式在急性心肌梗死PCI手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决干预模式在急性心肌梗死冠心病患者经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)手术患者中的应用。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的360例急性心肌梗死PCI手术患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用聚焦解决干预模式护理,比较两组患者干预前后的心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分和自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分。结果观察组(CD-RISC)评分和ESCA评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论将聚焦解决干预模式应用于急性心肌梗死PCI手术患者的临床护理中,可提高其心理弹性水平,促进自我护理能力的养成,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of intervention model based on focused solution in patients with coronary heart disease after acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention( PCI) surgery. Methods To select 360 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The observation group was given intervention model nursing based on focused solution on basis of the control group,the patients of two groups before and after the intervention were compared with the psychological elasticity scale( CD-RISC) score and the self-care ability scale( ESCA) score. Results The scores of CD-RISC and ESCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of the intervention model based on focused solution to the clinical nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI surgery could improve their level of psychological elasticity and promote the development of self-care ability,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
