Objective To explore the effect of applying continuous nursing based on mobility management system for self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods To select 128 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from December 2017 to February 2019 as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group implemented the continuous nursing based on a mobility management system on basis of the control group. The self-efficacy and quality of life scores of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The self-nursing ability,self-care responsibility,self-decompression and self-decision scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05);the physical function, psychological function, social function and life state scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of continuous nursing based on mobility management system could improve self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with ulcerative colitis, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
