老年患者长期留置气囊导尿管漏尿的原因分析与护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨老年患者长期留置气囊导尿管漏尿原因与护理对策。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月我院收治的70例老年长期留置气囊导尿管导尿患者为研究对象,分析其漏尿原因及相应护理对策。结果本组患者中有15例发生漏尿,其中放置尿管操作原因5例(33. 33%)、老年生理性病变原因6例(40. 00%)、尿管留置状态下引发并发症原因4例(26. 67%)。结论老年长期留置气囊导尿管患者发生尿管周围漏尿较为常见,临床应针对漏尿原因予以分析并实施相应护理对策,有效避免尿管周围漏尿。Objective To discuss the causes of leakage urine due to long-term indwelling balloon catheter and its nursing countermeasures in elderly patients. Methods To select 70 cases of elderly patients with long-term indwelling balloon catheters for urethral catheterization admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 as the study subjects to analyze the causes of leakage urine and corresponding nursing countermeasures. Results There were 15 cases of leakage urine in patients of this group,including 5 cases( 33. 33%) of urinary tube placement,6 cases( 40. 00%) of senile physiological lesions,and 4 cases( 26. 67%) of complications caused by catheter indwelling. Conclusion Leakage urine around the urinary catheter was common in elderly patients with long-term indwelling balloon catheters. It was necessary to analyze the causes of leakage urine and implement corresponding nursing measures to effectively avoid leakage urine around the urinary catheter.
