摘　　要：为了客观公正合理地评价高校教师教学能力,本文利用粗糙集的属性约简算法对高校教师教学能力评价指标体系进行优化。在此基础上,利用B/S(浏览器/服务器)架构模式设计高校教师教学能力测评系统,并对其设计进行分析。In order to evaluate the teaching ability of college teachers in an objective,fair and reasonable way,the attribute reduction algorithm of rough set is used to optimize the teaching ability evaluation index system of college teachers.On this basis,B/S(browser/server)architecture mode is used to design the teaching ability evaluation system of college teachers,and its design is analyzed.
