漳州部分猪场PCV-2血清学调查

摘　　要：猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)感染常常给猪场带来巨大的经济损失。本研究收集漳州市部分PCV-2亚单位疫苗免疫猪场血清250份,分别用基于Cap蛋白和ORF3蛋白包被的间接ELISA方法检测,并分析漳州市PCV-2亚单位疫苗免疫猪场PCV-2病毒的流行情况。结果表明,血清样本中Cap阳性230份,阳性率92%;ORF3阳性130份,阳性率52%。综上可知,漳州市使用PCV-2亚单位疫苗免疫的猪场,其抗体阳性率较高,但是野毒感染率也仍然较高。In recent decades,the porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2)infection still brings huge economic loss to the pig farm.In this experiment,a total of 250 serum samples were collected from Zhangzhou swine farm in which the swines were immunized by PCV-2 subunit vaccine.The serum samples were detected by indirect ELISA method based on Cap protein or ORF3 protein,respectively.The prevalence of PCV-2 was analyzed.The results showed that 230 serum samples were positive detected by indirect ELISA coated with Cap protein and the positive rate was 92%.A total of 130 serum samples were positive detected by indirect ELISA coated with ORF3 protein,and the positive rate was 52%.Therefore,most pig farms immunized with PCV-2 subunit vaccine have high antibody positive rate,but PCV2 wild virus infection is still high.
