摘 要:为了解掌握上海市松江区牛传染性鼻气管炎感染状况,于2016-2019年在松江区某规模牛场分4次共采集了630份牛血清样品,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对牛传染性鼻气管炎(IBR)抗体进行了检测,结果显示:总抗体阳性率为11.0%,2016年、2017年的抗体阳性率分别为20.0%、21.1%,2018年、2019年的抗体阳性率分别为2.2%、8.3%。结果反映了松江区牛传染性鼻气管炎的流行现状,对牛场疫病的综合防控具有重要意义。To find out the level of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis(IBR)infection among cattle in Songjiang district,Shanghai,630 cow serum samples,collected from one large-scale cow farm in Songjiang district every year from 2016 to 2019,were detected for the level of antibody against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus(IBRV)by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The result showed that the total antibody positive rate was 11.0%,with the antibody positive rates of cow serum samples collected in 2016,2017,2018 and 2019 being 20.0%,21.1%,2.2%and 8.3%,respectively.The result reflects the current level of IBR infection among cattle in Songjiang district and is very important to the general control of infections which may happen in cow farms.
