摘 要:为了明确转移因子(TF)对鸡血清生化指标的影响,选取德化黑鸡,分别以0.5 mL/羽、1.0 m L/羽的剂量肌肉注射TF,连续3 d,作为试验组1和试验组2,并设立仅注射生理盐水的对照组,于最后一次注射后第24 h,采血检测总蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐、Y-谷氨酰基转移酶、总胆红素、尿素、尿酸、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、甘油三酯、总胆固醇共11个血清生化指标。结果显示,注射TF后试验组1和试验组2总蛋白浓度呈上升趋势,试验组1和试验组2极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验组2极显著高于试验组1(P<0.01);试验组白蛋白浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组1显著低于试验组2(P<0.05);试验组1尿酸浓度极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),试验组2极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);TF对其他各项生化指标影响均未达到显著水平(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,连续肌肉注射3 d的剂量,TF可极显著提高总蛋白浓度,显著降低白蛋白浓度,0.5 mL/羽连续肌肉注射3 d的剂量极显著降低尿酸浓度,1.0 mL/羽连续肌肉注射3 d的剂量极显著提高尿酸浓度,TF有利于鸡的免疫力提高。In order to clarify the effect of transfer factor(TF)on chicken serum biochemical indicators,Dehua black chicken was selected to inject TF with a dose of 0.5 mL/feather and 1.0 mL/feather,respectively,continuous 3 d as test group 1 and test group 2,And set up a control group that only injected saline,24 h after the last injection,Blood collection to detect total protein,albumin,creatinine,Y-glutamyl transferase,total bilirubin,urea,uric acid,alanine aminotransferase,aspartic acid aminotransferase,triglyceride,total cholesterol A total of 11 serum biochemical indicators.The results showed that the concentrations of total protein in test group 1 and test group 2 showed an increasing trend.Test group 1 and test group 2 were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01),test group 2 was significantly higher than test group 1(P<0.01);The albumin solubility test group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),test group 1 is significantly lower than test group 2(P<0.05);Uric acid concentration test group 1 was significantly lower than control group(P<0.01),the 2 pole of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);The influence of TF on other biochemical indicators has not reached a significant level(P>0.05).The results showed that continuous intramuscular injection of 3 d TF could significantly increase the total protein solubility and decrease the albumin solubility,and 0.5 mL/feather continuous intramuscular injection of 3 d TF could significantly decrease the uric acid solubility 1.0 mL/feather continuous intramuscular injection for 3 d significantly increased uric acid solubility,TF was beneficial to the immune enhancement of chickens.
