摘 要:以直线、正弦曲线和悬链线为基本线型,通过不同的曲线放样方法可以形成多种不同造型的屋顶筒壳和墙裙.选取两种典型的屋顶筒壳和墙裙,将其进行组合,并赋予砖的材料属性,从而形成了两种带墙裙的波浪形圆柱面砖壳体结构.本文主要针对带墙裙的波浪形圆柱面砖壳体的组成、受力性能及参数化的设计、建造技术展开系统研究.通过分析可知,两种带墙裙的波浪形圆柱面砖壳体均可用于砌体结构,且两种模型中屋顶增加正弦曲线放样的曲面具有更好的受力特性;复杂砖壳体可以引入参数化建模,并以一种建筑信息模型BIM的新模式,来指导建筑、结构的设计和施工放样.本文研究成果可为复杂砖壳体的初步设计、优化设计和建造施工提供参考.Different shapes of cylindrical shell roof and wainscot can be formed by different curve lofting methods based on straight line, sinusoidal line and catenary line. Two kinds of typical cylindrical shell roof and wainscot are selected, combined, and given the material properties of brick. Thus, two kinds of wavy cylindrical brick shell structures with wainscot are formed. This paper mainly focuses on the composition, structural performance and parameterized design and construction technology of the wavy brick shell supported by wainscots on the opposite sides. It can be seen from the analysis that both types of wavy cylindrical brick shell structures with wainscot can be used for the masonry structure, while the roof surface made by sinusoidal lofting has better mechanical property. Complex brick shell can be introduced into the parametric modeling, and a new building information model BIM can be used to guide the architectural and structural design and construction lofting. The results of this paper can provide references for the preliminary design, optimization design and construction of complex brick buildings.
