摘 要:为了得到高亮度且低启亮的OLED器件,本文将价格低廉的氧化钼(MoO3)作为器件的空穴注入层,通过真空热蒸发法制备了结构为ITO/MoO3(:y nm)/NPB(60 nm)/Alq3(80 nm)/CsCl(0.5 nm)/Al(120 nm)的有机电致发光器件。通过比较(:y=1,3,5,7 nm)四种厚度MoO3薄膜制作的器件性能,分析器件的J-V和L-V等数据发现,当Mo03薄膜的厚度为5 nm时,器件启亮电压仅为2.5 V;当器件电压为9.25 V时,得到最大亮度43580 cd/m^2。当电流密度为647.92 mA/cm^2时,器件最大电流效率6.73 cd/A。器件的亮度和启亮电压性能同时达到最佳。相比于普通的标准器件,发光亮度和电流效率分别提高了4倍和3.3倍。分析可知,MoO3作为器件的空穴注入层,降低了器件阳极和空穴传输层之间的势垒高度,器件发光层产生了更多的电子-空穴对,使得器件的性能得到了提高,也为降低OLED生产成本开辟了一条新途径。In recent years,the rapid development of organic light-emitting diode(OLED)in the field of illumination and display has made it one of the strong competitors of the new generation of light-emitting devices.OLED has the advantages of self-luminescence,wide viewing angle,high contrast,low power consumption,high reaction rate,full color and simple process.However,in terms of large panel price,technology selectivity,life,resolution,and color reproduction,it cannot compete with thin film transistor liquid crystal display(LCD).Organic light-emitting diode displays can be classified into monochrome,colorful,and full-color.In order to obtain an organic electroluminescent device with higher brightness and lower on-voltage,molybdenum oxide(Mo03)and high electron transport properties of cesium chloride(CsCl)are used as the hole injection layer and electron injection layer of the device»respectively.In this paper,an organic electroluminescent device having a structure of ITO/Mo03(ynm)/NPB(60 nm)/Alq3(80 nm)/CsCl(0.5 nm)/Al(120 nm)was prepared using Mo03 as a hole injection layer.By comparing the performance of devices fabricated with four thicknesses of Mo03 films(3;=1,3,5,7nm),data such as current density-voltage(J-V)and luminance-voltage(L-V)were analyzed.When the thickness of the Mo03 film was 5 nm,the device was only turned on,it is 2.5 V.When the device voltage is 9.25 V,a maximum luminance of 43580 cd/m^2 is obtained When the current density is 647.92 mA/cm^2,the maximum current efficiency of the device is 6.73 cd/A*Compared with ordinary standard devices,the luminance and current efficiency are increased by 4 times and 3.3 times,respectively.As can be seen from the analysis,Mo03 acts as a hole injection layer of the device,which lowers the barrier height between the anode and the hole transport layer of the device,and the device light-emitting layer generates more holeelectron pairs,so that the performance of the device is improved.
