摘  要:针对临床上鲜红斑痣的光动力治疗设备中固体绿光激光器光源的光-光转换效率低下,难以连续波输出、体积大等问题。本文基于光纤耦合及光束整形理论,结合半导体激光器光源空间特性,对其功率进行扩展及光束匀化研究,以满足临床上对光源连续输出、功率及光场均匀度的使用需求,通过Zemax光学设计软件进行设计并模拟非相干光纤合束及光束整形系统。实验采用光纤合束器将19个中心波长为517±2nm、连续输出功率1W的绿光TO封装LD合成为激光模块,经测试在水冷18℃下输出功率17.22W,6小时内激光模块RMS功率不稳定性为士0.3%。后采用2m长液芯光纤与菲涅尔透镜对输出光束整形,实验显示30cm处输出光场的均匀度从光纤合束输出的47.6%提高到光束整形后的91.5%,实验结果与仿真模拟相吻合,满足临床上光动力治疗设备对光源的要求。Aiming at the problems of low light-to-light conversion efficency,difficult continuous wave output and large volume of solid green laser liht source in photodjmamic therapy equipment of cinical port wine stain.This paper is based on the theory of fibei-coupled and beam shaping,combined with the spatial characteristics of green semiconductor laser,exploring the way of power expanding and beam homogenization.While,in order to achieve clinical medical requirements of continuous wave output,output power and light field uniformity for light source equipment.Then,by using the optical design software of Zemax to design the system of incoherent combined and beam shaping.In the experiment,by using fiberoptic combiner makes as many as 19 To-Can packaged green laser diode emitters with center wavelength 517dz2 nm,continuous-wave(CW)output power of 1 W were synthesized into a laser module with an optical fiber combiner.At 18℃,the output power was 17.22 W and the RMS power instability was it 0.3% within 6 hours,While,shaping the output beam wit a liquid core fiber and a Fresnel lens.The experiment shows that the uniformity of the output light field at 30 cm is increased from 47.6%(output afte fiberoptic combiner)to 91.5%(output after beam shaping),which meet the requirements of light source for clinical photodynamic therapy equipment.
