北美公共图书馆的阅读推广政策文件研究——基于词语聚类分析

摘　　要：文章以120篇北美公共图书馆阅读推广相关政策文本为研究对象,运用Python等研究工具,通过高频词统计,构造共词矩阵、相异矩阵,对其进行因子分析、聚类分析和多维尺度分析,再由此提炼出北美公共图书馆阅读推广政策文本的关键内容。研究结果表明北美公共图书馆的阅读推广政策文本重点包括以下4类:公共图书馆为阅读推广而进行的自身建设与发展、公共图书馆阅读推广的延伸性使命、公共图书馆阅读推广中应保证的权利与应满足的需求、公共图书馆阅读推广的目标内涵。Based on 120 policies related to reading promotion of Northern American public libraries, this article uses Python and other tools to analyze these policies. Through the high-frequency words statistics, the co-word matrix and the dissimilar matrix are constructed. Then cluster analysis and multi-dimensional scaling analysis are carried out. The key contents of reading promotion policy texts of these public libraries are extracted. The result shows that there are four important elements in these reading promotion policy texts, including the self-development, outreach missions, the rights and the needs, and the goals of reading promotion.
