摘  要:通过对比2种不同变厚技术方案,确定较优方案为在常规热连轧机上利用监控AGC系统(厚度自动控制系统)。使用一般长度尺寸的一块板坯,由厚规格穿带,一旦完成就通过改变带钢目标厚度,相应改变各机架的压下辊缝,从而达到目标厚度。通过优化精轧负荷分配、卷取区域侧导板控制方式、夹送辊压力、卷筒张力等参数,末架最大轧制力从14 190 kN降低到12 340 kN,卷取夹送辊压力由68 kN降低到60 kN,卷筒尾部张力从450 kN降低到390 kN,变厚长度可控制在120 m之内。利用此技术,2018年已经生产出近8 000 t由1.5 mm变厚到1.2 mm的热轧产品,而且这些产品在尺寸与性能上均能满足用户要求。实践证明,在传统热连轧机上采用变厚轧制技术生产薄规格热轧板是可行的。By comparing two different thickening technical solutions, it is determined that preferred solution is to use monitoring AGC(thickness automatic control system) on the conventional hot strip mill. A slab of normal length was used, which was fed by a thick gauge. Once completed, the target thickness is achieved by changing the target thickness of the strip and changing the roll gap of each frame accordingly. By optimizing parameters such as finish rolling load distribution, coiling area side guide control, pinch roll pressure, and drum tension, the maximum rolling force of the final frame is reduced from 14 190 kN to 12 340 kN, and the pinch roll pressure is reduced from 68 kN to 60 kN. The tail tension of drum is reduced from 450 kN to 390 kN, and length of thickening strip can be controlled within 120 m. Using this technology, nearly 8 000 tons of hot rolled products from 1.5 mm to 1.2 mm have been produced in 2018, and these products can meet the user′s requirements in terms of size and performance. Practice has proved that it is feasible to use a thick rolling technique to produce thin gauge hot rolled sheets on a conventional hot strip mill.
