摘 要:为了在稳定焦炭质量的前提下丰富配煤结构,降低炼焦配煤成本,开展了配加气煤和瘦煤炼焦试验研究。试验根据攀钢西昌钢钒对焦炭质量的需求,利用胶质层重叠原理和按照煤阶相近替代的思路,制定了以气煤代替1/3焦煤、以瘦煤代替焦煤的配煤炼焦试验方案,并在200kg焦炉上开展了炼焦试验。结果表明,以所选气煤、瘦煤代替1/3焦煤、焦煤配煤炼焦,随着气煤和瘦煤配比的增加,焦炭质量呈下降趋势,当气煤配比为15%、瘦煤配比为12%时,焦炭CSR为55%,对应生产焦炭质量能够满足高炉需求。In order to enrich the coal blending structure and reduce the coking cost under the condition of stabilizing the coke quality,the experimental study on coking with gas coal and lean coal was carried out.This test was based on the demand for coke quality of vanadium steel in Xichang,using the principle of overlap of the colloidal layer and the idea of similar substitution of coal grades,the coal blending coking test program with gas coal instead of 1/3 coking coal and lean coal instead of coking coal was formulated.The coke refining test was carried out on a 200 kg coke oven.The test results showed that the coal quality of coke decreased with the increase of the ratio of gas coal and lean coal.When the ratio of gas coal to coking coal was 15%and the ratio of lean coal to coking coal was 12%,the coke CSR was 55%,and the corresponding production coke quality can meet the demand of blast furnace.
