摘 要:将聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)溶于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和丙酮混合溶剂中,静电纺丝,并进行碳化得到碳纤维(CF),用作锂(Li)金属电池阳极三维(3D)集流体。与传统的Cu集流体比较,它能为锂提供储存空间,增加锂成核点,降低电流密度,并为锂提供传输通道,减少循环过程中的体积变化,从而抑制锂枝晶的生长,提高锂金属电池的电化学性能。利用电子扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行锂沉积实验,发现CF上锂枝晶明显减少。对其进行电池性能测试,发现基于CF的集流体与传统铜集流体相比,其电池性能得到明显改善。The polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)was dissolved into the mixed solvent of DMF and acetone,electrospun,and carbonized to obtain carbon fiber(CF).The CF was used for three dimension(3D)current collector for lithium metal anode.Compared with the traditional copper current collector,it can provide storage space for lithium,increase the lithium nucleation point,reduce the current density,provide transmission channel for lithium,and reduce the volume change during the cycle,so it can inhibit the growth of lithium dendrites and improve the electrochemical performance of lithium metal battery.Through scanning electron microscope(SEM),it's discovered that the lithium dendrites on CF are significantly reduced.By battery test,it's found that the performance of the battery based on CF current collector is significantly improved compared with the traditional copper current collector.
