摘  要:电池内阻是评价电池性能的一项重要参数,提出一种利用单片机(MCU)控制的自适应脉冲放电方法测量电池内阻,设计了直流和脉冲放大两路电压监测采样通道,可根据电池情况自动选择最佳放电电流,能够动态调整内阻测量范围,自主切换采样通道以保障测量精度,从而实现更宽的自动测量范围,最后将测量结果实时显示在液晶屏上。通过对模拟电池的测量值与实际值进行比较,结果表明,自适应脉冲放电检测方法能够在较大范围以较高精度实现电池内阻的快速测量。The battery resistance is a critical parameter for evaluating battery performance.An adaptive pulse discharging method based on MCU chip was proposed to measure the battery resistance.Two voltage monitoring sampling channels composed of DC and pulse amplification were designed.According to the battery condition,the appropriate discharging current could be automatically selected,the resistance measuring range was dynamically adjusted,and the sampling channel could be autonomously chosen to ensure measurement accuracy,so that the wider automatic measurement range could be ensured.The measurement results could be displayed on the LCD screen in real time.By comparing the experiment data with the actual value of the simulated battery,the results show that the adaptive pulse discharge detecting method can realize quick measurement of the battery resistance with high precision as well as a large range.
