摘 要:本文采用多重线性回归分析方法,基于166份有效问卷获取的大样本数据,研究了制造企业动态能力、智能服务平台质量与其服务智能化绩效之间的关系,实证检验结果表明,制造企业较高的动态能力可以提升其智能服务平台质量和服务智能化绩效;优化制造企业智能服务平台质量可以提高其服务智能化绩效;智能服务平台质量在动态能力与服务智能化绩效之间起部分中介作用。基于上述研究结论,本文提出了提高制造企业服务智能化绩效、推动制造企业智能化转型升级的建议。In this paper,the multi-linear regression analysis method is used to study the relationship between the dynamic capabilities of manufacturing enterprises,the quality of intelligent service platforms and the intelligent performance of their services based on the large sample are obtained from 166 valid questionnaires.The empirical test results show that the manufacturing enter⁃prises have higher dynamic capabilities that can improve the quality of its intelligent service platform and intelligent service perfor⁃mance;optimizing the quality of manufacturing enterprise intelligent service platform can increase its service intelligent performance;the quality of intelligent service platform plays a partial intermediary role between dynamic capability and service intelligent perfor⁃mance.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper proposes several suggestions to improve the intelligent performance of manufacturing enterprises and promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.
