摘　　要：动力转向器的关键部件转向控制阀结构复杂,其装配、调整的正确性与车辆行驶转向性能关系密切。通过分析动力转向器转阀结构和工作原理,对与转阀有关的转向器故障进行分析并提出检修措施,为转向器的生产和维修提供了可资借鉴的经验。The steering control valve is the key part of power steering gear and its structure is complex.The accuracy of the assembly and adjustment of the rotary valve are closely related to the steering performance of the vehicle.By analyzing the structure and working principle of the rotary valve of the power steering gear,the failures of the steering gear related to the rotary valve were analyzed and maintenance measures were proposed.Some experience for the production and maintenance of steering gear were provided.
