摘 要:为了研究环保制冷剂丙烷(R290)与多元醇酯类(POE)润滑油的相平衡性质,通过气相色谱质谱方法对多元醇酯类润滑油POE22的组分和各组分所占的摩尔分数进行了分析,在此基础上使用等体积饱和法在278.15~348.15 K的温度范围内对R290在POE润滑油中的溶解度进行了测定,并采用活度系数NRTL模型对实验结果进行了关联。结果表明:POE22润滑油中主要含有4种酯类化合物和3种添加剂,这7种成分在润滑油中占比99.49%。由模型计算得到的R290与POE22二元混合物理论平衡压力值和实验平衡压力值的平均绝对偏差为0.565%,最大相对偏差为2.934%。此外,在温度范围278.15~348.15 K内未发现制冷剂R290与润滑油存在化学反应或不互溶的现象。将实验结果与文献中报道的R290在两种矿物油(ISO VG12和NM100P)中的溶解度进行了对比,发现POE油更适合R290。The gas chromatography mass spectrometry method is used to analyze the components and the share of each component in POE22 and to study the phase equilibrium properties of the environmental refrigerant propane(R290)and polyol ester(POE)lubricant.Then the isochoric saturation method is used to measure the solubilities of R290 in POE22 at 278.15-348.15 K,and the NRTL model is used to correlate the experiment results.The results show that POE22 is mainly composed of four ester compounds and three additives,and the seven components accounts for 99.49%in POE22.The absolute average deviation and the maximum relative deviation between the calculated theoretical pressure value and the experimental pressure value are 0.565%and 2.934%,respectively.Moreover,no chemical reaction or immiscibility phenomenon between R290 and oil are found in the temperature range from 278.15 to 348.15 K.Experimental results are compared with the reported solubility of R290 in two mineral oils(ISO VG12 and NM100P),and it is found that POE oil is more suitable for R290.
