摘  要:目的采用高效液相色谱法,建立以柚皮苷为内参物,同时测定枳术颗粒中芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的一测多评法。方法以柚皮苷为内标,分别建立柚皮苷与芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的相对较正因子,并将校正因子应用于芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量测定,实现一测多评。同时采用外标法测定上述4种黄酮类成分的含量,比较计算值与实测值的差异。结果建立的校正因子重现性良好,枳实药材中采用校正因子计算的含量值与外标法实测值之间没有明显差异。结论该方法快速、准确,可作为一个新模式用于枳术颗粒的多成分质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)method for simultaneously determination of four flavones(narirutin,naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin)in Zhizhu granules with naringin as the internal reference substance.METHODS Taking naringin as internal standard substance,the relative correction factors of other three bioactive components were calculated.The contents of four components were determined by both external standard method and QAMS.The feasibility of the QAMS method was evaluated by comparison of the quantitative results of both methods.RESULTS The repeatability was good in different experimental conditions.There was no significant difference in the results of determination between the QAMS methods and the external standard method.CONCLUSION The established QAMS method is simple,accurate and can be used as a new model for multi-component quantitation of Zhizhu granules.
