摘　　要：人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,高血脂人群也逐渐增多。吉非罗齐是临床常用的降脂药物,本文将系统查阅并收集国内外的相关文献,从药理及临床两方面对降脂药吉非罗齐的研究现状进行综述,为吉非罗齐的进一步研究提供了文献基础。With the improvement of people′s living standard and the change of life style,the number of people with high blood lipid is also increasing.Gemfibrozil is a commonly used lipid-lowering drug in clinic.In this paper,we summarize the pharmacologic actions and clinical applications of Gemfibrozil by referring to the relevant literatures published at home and abroad.It provides a literature basis for the further study of Gemfibrozil.
