针刺联合益肾平喘汤对支气管哮喘患者中医证候积分、EOS水平及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合益肾平喘汤对支气管哮喘患者中医证候积分、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平及不良反应的影响。方法 208例支气管哮喘患者随机分成研究组和对照组,每组104例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗上联合益肾平喘汤,研究组在对照组的基础上联合针刺。观察并比较两组患者中医证候积分,血清免疫球蛋白E (IgE)、EOS水平以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗后总有效率为97.1%,显著高于对照组的88.5%(χ~2=5.820,P=0.016)。两组治疗后中医证候积分较同组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清IgE、EOS水平较同组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(t=14.544,P<0.01;t=16.282,P<0.01)。对照组不良反应发生率为15.4%,明显高于研究组的6.7%(χ~2=3.960,P=0.047)。结论针刺联合益肾平喘汤对支气管哮喘患者具有良好的临床疗效,能明显改善支气管哮喘患者临床症状以及EOS水平,且安全性高。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture plus Yishen Pingchuan(tonifying the kidney to mitigate asthma) decoction on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom score,eosinophil(EOS) and adverse reactions in bronchial asthma(BA) patients.Method A total of 208 BA patients were randomized into a research group and a control group,with 104 patients in each group.Basic intervention was offered to both groups.In addition,the control group was given Yishen Pingchuan decoction and the research group was given Yishen Pingchuan decoction and acupuncture.The TCM symptom score,serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),EOS and adverse reaction rate were observed and compared.Result The total effective rate was 97.1% in the research group,significantly higher than 88.5% in the control group(χ~2=5.820,P=0.016).After treatment,the TCM symptom score declined significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum IgE and EOS levels dropped significantly after treatment in both groups(P <0.05),and the research group was lower than the control group(t=14.544,P<0.01;t=16.282,P<0.01).The adverse reaction rate was 15.4% in the control group,significantly higher than 6.7% in the research group(χ~2=3.960,P=0.047).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Yishen Pingchuan decoction can produce satisfactory clinical efficacy in treating BA patients.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and EOS level in the BA patients with high safety.
