针刺联合隔药饼灸周期调治肾虚血瘀型子宫腺肌症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合隔药饼灸治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫腺肌症的临床疗效。方法 60例子宫腺肌症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针刺联合隔药饼灸治疗,对照组采用口服内美通胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后及治疗后3个月痛经程度及痛经时间的改善情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为70.0%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗3个月后及6个月后痛经程度评分及痛经时间与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,对照组痛经程度评分及痛经时间优于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,两组痛经程度评分及痛经时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月,治疗组痛经程度及痛经时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合隔药饼灸与常规口服西药治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫腺肌症均有效。在缓解痛经的起效速度上,常规口服西药治疗占优势,但针刺联合隔药饼灸治疗的远期疗效优于常规口服西药治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus herbal cake moxibustion for adenomyosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Method Sixty adenomyosis patients were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received acupuncture plus herbal cake moxibustion and the control group,oral administration of Nemestran.Dysmenorrhea severity and duration were observed in the two groups after three and six months of treatment and at three months after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 70.0% in the treatment group and 86.7% in the control group with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the dysmenorrhea severity score and dysmenorrhea duration between after three or six months of treatment and before in the two groups(P<0.05).The dysmenorrhea severity score was lower and dysmenorrhea duration was shorter in the control group than in the treatment group after three months of treatment(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the dysmenorrhea severity score and dysmenorrhea duration between the two groups after six months of treatment(P>0.05).The dysmenorrhea severity score was lower and dysmenorrhea duration was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group at three months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Both acupuncture plus herbal cake moxibustion and oral administration of conventional Western medicine have a therapeutic effect on adenomyosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Oral administration of conventional Western medicine is dominant in the speed of producing a relieving effect on dysmenorrhea,but the long-term effect of acupuncture plus herbal cake moxibustion is better than that of oral administration of conventional Western medicine.
