摘  要:垫片在管道连接中具有良好的密封作用,在冶金、石化和航天航空等行业得到广泛的应用。以柔性石墨金属齿形复合垫片为研究对象,对不同尺寸的金属齿形复合垫片进行泄漏率测试,得到了垫片泄漏率与预紧应力、介质压力和垫片尺寸的关系,并对原有的泄漏率预测模型进行改进。结果表明,在一定预紧力下,同尺寸垫片的泄漏率随着介质压力的增大而增大,垫片外径越大,泄漏率越高;采用回归分析法,改进后的多孔泄漏模型预测结果与试验数据曲线吻合度更高。Gaskets have good sealing effects in pipe connection,therefore,they are widely applied in the metallurgical,petrochemical and aerospace industries. The flexible graphite metal toothed composite gasket was used as the research object,and the leakage rate test was carried out on the metal toothed composite gaskets of different sizes. The relationships between the leakage rate and the pre-tightening stress of the gasket and between the medium pressure and the gasket size were obtained. The original prediction model of leakage rate was improved. The results show that under certain preload,the leakage rate of gaskets of the same size increased with the increase of the medium pressure. The larger the outer diameter of the gasket,the higher the leakage rate. By the regressive analyzing method, the prediction results of the improved porous leakage model were more consistent with the experimental data.
