摘  要:对制粉车间气力输送风网的主要特性参数如输送风速、输送产量、输送物料压损H1以及风机、除尘器的主要运行参数进行了测定。结果表明,所测气力输送风网的输送产量达到了设计要求且各输料管的输送产量基本均衡;输料管的输送风速普遍偏高;风机电动机运行电流均低于额定电流,风机的全压、风量均具有提升输送产量的空间;脉冲除尘器阻力偏高、清灰效果偏差。Measured the main characteristic parameters of the pneumatic conveying system and the fan and the dust collector,such as the wind speed,the output,the conveying material pressure drop H1,etc.The results showed that the output of the pneumatic conveying system reached the design requirements and the output of each conveying pipe was basically balanced.The wind speed of the conveying pipe was generally high;the operating current of the fan motor was lower than the rated current.According to the total pressure and flow rate of the fan,there was a larger room for output improvement of the pneumatic conveying system.The pressure drop of pulse filter was high,and the dust-cleaning effect was poor.
