摘 要:机器人手术是近年来外科临床的热点之一,已应用于多种疾病的治疗中,在结直肠疾病的治疗中也得到广泛应用。溃疡性结肠炎病因复杂,治疗效果差,部分患者经内科治疗无效后需要行全结直肠切除术。笔者针对机器人全结直肠切除手术在溃疡性结肠炎中的应用现状做一综述。Robot surgery is one of the hot spots in recent years. It has been used in the treatment of many diseases and colorectal diseases. The cause of ulcerative colitis is complex and the effect of treatment is poor. Some patients need to have total colorectal resection after medical treatment is ineffective. In this paper, the application of robotic total colorectal resection in ulcerative colitis is reviewed.
