摘 要:通过TTYJ900流动式箱梁运架一体机在高速铁路客运专线架梁施工,总结出了一套安全可靠的新型架梁工艺,能够更好地解决我国高速铁路建设中桥随相连、曲线及大坡度等复杂特殊工况架梁施工难题,同时该设备可自行调头换向,减少了设备解体调头施工成本,工作效率高、经济效益显著,该研究对解决我国高速铁路建设施工中复杂工况下架梁施工的难题提供了借鉴依据。Based on the actual study of TTYJ900 mobile box girder transportation and erection machine in the girder erection construction on the passenger dedicated line of high-speed railway,this paper summarizes a set of safe and reliable girder erection technologies,which can better solve the problems in the complex and special conditions such as bridge and tunnel connection,as well as curve and large slope. And at the same time,this equipment can turn around by itself,which reduces the cost of the construction and improves the working efficiency and economic benefits. This study provides references for solving the problems of girder construction under complex conditions in China’s high-speed railway construction.
