摘　　要："互联网+"促进企业发展的事实已经得到大量实践证明,这是探究"互联网+"影响企业跨界创新及转型发展的重要途径。通过归纳基于"互联网+"的企业跨界内涵和特点,发现基于"互联网+"的企业跨界是以新一代信息技术为依托,以创新颠覆为根本动力,以企业数据为变革原料。在促进企业进行结构调整和转型发展中,构建起良好的企业转型发展认知框架和体系,对于促进企业进行高质量创新发展有重要的指导作用。The fact that the enterprise development is promoted by "Internet+"has been proved by a large number of practices,which is an important way to explore the impact of "Internet+"on cross-border innovation and transformation of enterprises. By summarizing the connotation and characteristics of cross-border enterprises based on"Internet+",the research finds that"Internet+"-based enterprise cross-border relies on a new generation of information technology,and takes innovation subversion as the fundamental driving force and enterprise data as the transformation raw material. In the promotion of the structural adjustment and transformation development of enterprises,building a good cognitive framework and system for enterprise transformation and development plays an important guiding role in promoting enterprises to carry out high-quality innovation and development.
