摘  要:以寻找液压制动防抱死系统(ABS)的薄弱环节,及出现故障时更加快速的找到故障位置为研究目的,对液压ABS系统的组成和原理进行分析,采用故障树分析方法。以ABS系统发生故障为顶事件建造故障树,对故障树进行定性分析,找出ABS故障树的最小割集,定量分析底事件发生故障的概率及重要度,最后算出各中间事件发生故障的概率。根据各系统发生故障概率的大小,可以为ABS系统故障时的诊断及排查顺序提供合理建议,减少故障诊断过程中的不必要操作,提高了诊断效率,为系统部件的优化与改进提供一定参考价值。In order to find the weak link of the hydraulic braking anti-lock system(ABS)and find the fault location more quickly when the fault occurs for the research purpose,the composition and principle of the hydraulic ABS system were analyzed.The fault tree was constructed with the failure of ABS system as the top event,and the fault tree was qualitatively analyzed to find the minimum cut set of the ABS fault tree.The probability and importance of the failure of the bottom event were qualitatively analyzed,and the probability of failure of each intermediate event was finally calculated.According to the probability of failure of each system,it can provide reasonable Suggestions for the diagnosis and troubleshooting sequence of ABS system failure,reduce unnecessary operations in the process of fault diagnosis,improve the diagnosis efficiency,and provide certain examination value for the optimization and improvement of system components.
