摘  要:针对玉米收获机静液压驱动系统(HST)传动效率低、燃油经济性差等问题,以4YZB-4F型玉米收获机为研究对象,通过对静液压驱动形式的分析,设计了玉米收获机HMT静液压驱动系统,建立了HMT静液压驱动系统功率流理论模型,并分析了HMT静液压驱动系统的动态特性。通过AMESim软件建立了HMT静液压驱动系统仿真模型,仿真表明:排量比在-1~1之间时,HMT静液压驱动高低速范围为-2.85~11.73 m/s和-1.95~4.97 m/s,速度曲线近似线性,满足玉米收获机无级变速要求,输出转矩特性满足不同工况要求。Aimed at the problems of low transmission efficiency and poor fuel economy of corn harvester HST hydrostatic drive system,the 4YZB-4F corn harvester was taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of hydrostatic driving mode,the HMT hydrostatic drive system of corn harvester was designed.The power flow theoretical model of HMT hydrostatic drive system was established and the dynamic characteristics of HMT hydrostatic drive system were analyzed.The simulation model of HMT hydrostatic drive system is established by AMESim software.The simulation shows that when the displacement ratio is between-1~1,the HMT hydrostatic drive has a high and low speed range of-2.85~11.73 m/s and-1.95~4.97 m/s.The speed curve is approximately linear,which meets the requirements of continuously variable speed of corn harvester.The output torque characteristics meet different working conditions.
