摘　　要：高中压配电网的协调发展是电网安全可靠运行的重要保障,只对高压或中压配电网进行协调性分析无法衡量城市配电网存在的整体问题。论文综合考虑高压和中压配电网发展协调性的影响因素,建立了高中压配电网协调性指标体系,使用基于德尔菲修正的层次分析法确定指标权重,并使用德尔菲法确定指标的评分标准,建立了高中压配电网协调性综合评价模型。最后,通过对某地区实际配电网的分析评价,证明了该评价模型的实用性。The coordinated development of high-voltage and medium-voltage distribution network is an important guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of power grid and coordination analysis of high-voltage or medium-voltage distribution networks alone can not measure the overall problem of an urban distribution network.The article considers the factors influencing the coordi nation of high-voltage and medium-voltage distribution networks,establishes high-voltage and medium-voltage distribution net work coordination index system,uses AHP-Delphi to determine the indicator weights,u ses Delphi method to determine the score standard of index and establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of high-voltage and medium-voltage distribution network co ordination.At last,the paper proves the practicability of the evaluation model through an analysis of the actual distribution network in a region.
