摘　　要：目的了解我国三级甲等中医医院护士创新行为的现状及其影响因素,为提升中医护理创新水平提供可靠依据。方法便利抽样选取三所中医医院914名中医护士,以《护士创新行为量表》对其进行调查,评估中医护士创新行为水平,并分析不同个体特征的中医护士在创新行为水平上的差异。结果中医护士创新行为均分为(3.05±0.67)分;各维度中“产生想法”得分最高为(3.35±0.75)分,“取得支持”得分最低为(2.87±0.72)分。所在地区、加班、夜班、职称和职务是中医护士创新行为的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论中医护士创新行为处于中等水平,中医护理管理者应当重视中医护士中的管理者和护理骨干,更早、更多地给予这类人群创新的条件,以促进其创新行为水平的提升,提高中医护理服务质量。Objective To understand the innovation status of clinical nurses in grade-A tertiary hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in China,and to provide a reliable basis for improving the innovation of TCM nursing.Methods By using convenience sampling method,914 clinical nurses of TCM were investigated by the cross-sectional questionnaire with the nurse’s innovative behavior scale to evaluate the level of innovative behavior of TCM nurses?and to analyze the differences in innovative behavior level of different characteristics of TCM nurses.Results The average score of innovative behavior of TCM nurses was 3.05±0.67.The score of idea generation item was the highest(3.35±0.75)in the average scores of each dimension item,and the score of idea promotion item was the lowest(2.87±0.72).The area,overtime,night shift,professional title and position were the significant demographic influencing factors of the innovative behavior of the TCM nurses.Conclusions The innovative behavior of TCM nurses is at the middle level,and nursing managers should pay attention to the management and backbone of TCM nurses?and give them more conditions for innovation at an earlier time.It improves the efficiency of innovative behavior and promotes the quality of TCM nursing service.
