摘　　要：目的比较医院感染现患率调查与回顾性综合监测两种监测方法的差异,探讨其在医院感染监测中的意义。方法对上海市宝山区2013-2017年各级医院现患率调查与回顾性调查资料进行统计学处理。结果医院感染现患率与医院感染发病率比较,一级医院5个年份差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);二级医院仅2013年差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他年份均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三级医院5个年份差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论医院感染现患率调查可作为回顾性监测方法的补充和质量控制方法,但对一级医院现患率调查的内容应进行调整。Objective To compare the differences between the two methods of nosocomial infection prevalence survey and retrospective comprehensive monitoring,and to explore their significance in nosocomial infection monitoring.Methods The data of the present patient rate survey and retrospective survey of hospitals at all levels from 2013 to 2017 in Baoshan District of Shanghai were statistically processed.Results Compared with the incidence of nosocomial infection,there was no statistical significance in the first level hospital in five years(P>0.05);there was no statistical significance in the second level hospital only in 2013(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance in other years(P<0.05);there was statistical significance in the third level hospital in five years(P>0.05).Conclusions The survey of the prevalence of nosocomial infection can be used as a supplement and quality control method for retrospective monitoring,but the content of the survey should be adjusted.
