摘 要:基于目前我国应用BIM技术的岩土工程勘察BIM应用不成熟的现状,本文利用库伦(EVS)系列BIM软件结合工程勘察技术,对深圳市恒大中心项目进行模型参数化、可视化、施工模拟、统计工程量、三维信息集成模型等的工程勘察BIM应用。通过一系列实践肯定了BIM技术在岩土工程勘察中的应用价值,主要体现在帮助项目正向设计的实施,提高了信息存储、传递和信息集的效率,降低了项目工程造价等。本项研究也对后期BIM技术在勘察工作中的应用提供指导。Based on the immature application of BIM technology in geotechnical engineering survey in China,in this paper BIM software of EVS series combined with engineering investigation technology is used to carry out BIM application of model parametrization,visualization,construction simulation,engineering quantity statistics and 3D information integration model in Shenzhen Evergrande Center Project.Through a series of practices,the application value of BIM technology in geotechnical engineering investigation is affirmed,which is mainly reflected in helping the implementation of the positive design of the project,improving the efficiency of information storage,transmission and information collection,and reducing the project cost,etc.This study also provides guidance for the implementation of BIM technology in the investigation work.
