肝硬化中医证型与生物学指标相关性近10年研究进展

摘　　要：肝硬化是一种严重危害患者健康的慢性疾病,中医治疗本病具有临床优势。本文结合各项生物学指标的临床意义,从肝硬化中医证型与反映肝脏急性损伤指标的相关性、中医证型与反映肝脏功能状态指标的相关性、中医证型与反映肝纤维化程度指标的相关性3个角度对近10年相关研究进行综述,发现目前研究提示反映肝脏急性损伤的血清转氨酶、胆红素升高可能与湿热内蕴、肝肾阴虚证型密切相关,反映肝脏功能状态的血清蛋白、激素变化可能与肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚型密切相关,反映肝脏纤维化程度的血清纤维化指标可能与瘀血阻络型密切相关,而病毒标记物、血凝、胆碱酯酶、胆汁酸等指标与中医证型的相关性仍有待进一步研究。Liver cirrhosis is a chronic disease which seriously endangers the health of patients.TCM treatment has clinical advantages.Based on the clinical significance of various biological indicators,this paper reviews the related research in recent 10 years from three aspects:the correlation between TCM syndromes of liver cirrhosis and indicators reflecting acute liver injury,the correlation between TCM syndromes and indicators reflecting liver functional status,and the correlation between TCM syndromes and indicators reflecting the degree of liver fibrosis.It was found that the elevation of serum transaminase and bilirubin reflecting acute liver injury may be closely related to damp-heat accumulating syndrome and liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.The changes of serum protein and hormone reflecting liver function may be closely related to liver-kidney Yin deficiency,spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and serum fibrosis reflecting the degree of liver fibrosis.Indicators may be closely related to the type of blood stasis blocking collaterals,while the correlation pfviral markers,hemagglutination,cholinesterase,bile acid with TCM syndromesremains to be further studied.
