摘 要:以长庆油田油泥为研究对象,采用热解技术对油泥资源化处理。以热解残渣的矿物油值为依据,设计了实验表。利用流水线式热解设备进行了油泥热解实验,通过对热解过程进行评价,分析了含油率、热解温度、热解时间等因素对尾渣含油率的影响。结果表明:含油率低于15%油泥,最佳热解温度500℃,最佳热解时间20min,热解后尾渣含油率低于4.5‰,完全符合《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB 36600-2018)要求。优化参数用于流水线式油泥热解设备处理油泥,最大处理量达到6.3t/h。Pyrolysis technique was adopted to recover mineral oil from oil sludge which was generated in Changqing Oilfield.The experimental table was designed based on the mineral oil value of residue.Experiments were carried out to evaluate of pyrolysis process by the flow-line of oil sludge pyrolysis equipment.The effects of oil sludge content,pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis time were analyzed.It is shown that when the oil contentwas less than 15%,the pyrolysis temperature was 500℃ and pyrolysis time was 20 min,the oil content of tailings after pyrolysising was less than 4.5‰,which fully complied with GB36600-2018 "Soil environment quality-risk control standard for soil contamination of development land".The optimized parameters were used for the disposal of sludge in the flow-line sludge pyrolysis equipment,and the maximum treatment capacity is 6.3 t/h.
