拳击直拳拳法运用研究——以2018年安徽省拳击锦标赛为例

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计分析法等方法,对参加2018年安徽省拳击锦标赛的运动员在决赛中的拳法统计分析以及直拳的技战术运用情况分析,得出直拳是在拳击比赛中击打次数运用最多的拳法,提高直拳在实战中的击打能力对提高竞技能力和取得竞赛胜利将起到重要的作用,同时为教练员指导训练提供参考。从直拳竞赛的角度分析,直拳击打时应注意击打的位置、方法、拳法配合等因素,以充分发挥直拳在比赛中的功效。In this paper, the methods of literature review, video observation and mathematical statistics analysis were employed, aiming to do an statistical analysis of the boxing techniques and its application in the final round of the 2018 Anhui Boxing Championship. It could be concluded that the straight punch is the most frequently used method in relevant competition. Thus, enhancing the fighting ability plays an important role in the actual combat because of its significance in winning the prize. In addition, it provides reference for the coach to guide the training. From the perspective of the straight punch competition, this paper points out that in order to bring the effect of the straight punch technique into full play, trainees should pay attention to the position, method and cooperation of punch in training.
