摘 要:利用高通量测序技术分析比较了英那河2018年5月、7月和9月的三个国控断面细菌群落结构及其与环境的相关性.序列比对结果显示,除分类地位不明确的菌群和稀有菌群外,英那河共发现细菌39门95纲173目311科583属,在门水平上,变形菌门(PROTEOBACTERIA),蓝菌门(CYANOBACTERIA),放线菌门(ACTINOBACTERIA),拟杆菌门(BACTEROIDETES)是优势菌门,在属水平上,HGCL-CLADE、鞘脂杆属(SPHINGOBIUM)、METHYLOVERSATILIS是优势菌属.细菌群落多样性指数(SHANNON WIENER指数)平均值为3.74,细菌群落多样性从月份角度排序为9月>5月>7月.通过共有独有分析发现相邻的两个月份细菌群落结构相似,地理距离较近的两个断面群落结构相似.冗余分析(RDA)结果表明溶解氧(DO)、高锰酸盐指数(COD MN)、氨氮(NH 3-N)、化学需氧量(COD)和总磷(TP)对细菌的群落结构有影响.In this study,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze and compare the bacterial community structure and its correlation with the environment in Yingna River in May,July and September of 2018.Sequence alignment results show that although the flora status was not clear and rare flora were seen,a total of 39 bacterial phyla,95 classes,173 orders,311 families,and 583 genera were found.At the level of phyla,Proteobacteria、Actinobacteria、Bacteroidetes and Cyanobacteria are the dominant bacteria,at the level of genus,Hgcl-clade,Sphingobium and Methyloversatilis are the dominant bacteri.The analysis of bacterial diversity index(Shannon-Wiener index)showed that the bacterial community diversity index was 3.74,and the bacterial community diversity was ranked as September,May,July by months.It was found that the bacterial community structure of the two adjacent months were similar and the two sections with closer geographical distance were similar.The results of redundancy analysis showed that DO,COD Mn,NH 3-N,COD and TP have impacts on bacterial community structure.
