摘  要:目的分析脂肪血浆去除乳糜微粒(CM)后的质量变化。方法取30袋脂肪血浆于-50℃冰箱冰冻,使用(3±2)℃解冻冰冻血浆,后低温离心,去除脂肪血浆的CM。结果脂肪血浆去除CM后,外观清晰度明显改善,与正常血浆相当;与去除前比较,三酰甘油水平及总胆固醇水平均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆凝血因子FⅧ、FV、纤维蛋白原及血浆总蛋白水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);输血相关传染病标志物检测均合格。结论脂肪血浆去除CM后,不影响血液的安全性,质量符合国家质量标准要求,可用于临床输注。Objective To analyze the changes of chylomicron quality in fat plasma after removal.Methods A total of 30 bags of fat plasma were frozen-50℃refrigerator,and chylomicron was removed by cryogenic weight centrifugation after thawing frozen plasma at(3±2)℃.Results After removal of chylomicron fromfat plasma,the appearance clarity was significantly improved,which was comparable to normal plasma.Compared with that before removal,triglyceride content and total cholesterol content were reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of plasma clotting factor FⅧ,FV fibrinogen and plasma total protein content were quite smaller(P>0.05).Transfusion-related infectious disease markers were all qualified.Conclusion The removal of chylomicron from fat plasma does not affect the safety of blood,and its quality meets the requirements of national quality standards,so it could be used for clinical infusion.
